Initial Consultation

Our journey together begins with an initial consultation, during which we'll discuss your preferences, needs, and budget. This allows us to gain insight into your unique requirements and tailor our approach to best serve you.

Property Search, Showings & Lending (If Applicable)

Using our extensive network, market expertise, and cutting-edge technology, we'll conduct a comprehensive search to identify properties that match your criteria either on or off. We'll then schedule showings at your convenience, providing valuable guidance and insights to help you make informed decisions. If needed we will have you speak with a couple of our go to lenders to get you prequalified so we can make the buying process even easier for you.

Closing

As we approach the closing date, we'll work closely with all parties involved to ensure a smooth and timely transaction. We'll review all closing documents with you, answer any questions you may have, and facilitate the transfer of ownership.

Signing a Buyer's Broker Representation Agreement

Once we've established a mutual understanding of your goals, we'll proceed with signing a Buyer's Broker Representation Agreement. This formalizes our partnership and outlines our commitment to representing your best interests throughout the home buying process.

. Escrow Process

Once you've found the perfect home, we'll guide you through the escrow process, which involves opening escrow, conducting inspections, reviewing seller disclosures and addressing any contingencies outlined in the purchase agreement.

Receiving Keys

Finally, on the day of closing, we'll celebrate the culmination of your home buying journey by handing over the keys to your new home. It's a momentous occasion that we're honored to share with you.
